UNITY PRAISE:
In
the spring of 1991, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Apostle John W. Jenkins, Jr. founded the Unity of Faith Tabernacle.
He delivered a message out of Ephesians 3:9, “…And to make
all (men) see what is the fellowship of the mystery,
which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who
created all things through Jesus Christ.”
Inspired by this message, a small group of young people with humble
hearts and willing to serve, were blessed
by Pastor John in forming what is now “Unity Praise”, a ministry
within a ministry.
Since
inception our purpose has been to minister the Word in song, and to live a life that reflects the characteristics
of
Christ as we continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, not moved away from the hope of the gospel which we heard.

CRAIG THOMPKINS:
Craig
Thompkins was born and raised in South Florida. The second eldest of ten children, Craig and his siblings
grew
up singing in the church choir. As he became older he and four of his brothers formed a group called
the “Thompkinaires”.
Craig was a lead singer with the Thompkinaires for about eight years, until the Thompkinaires
was no longer performing
as a group. At the young age of fifteen, Craig had already recorded his first gospel single
which was released through
Cross and Crown Records. By the time he reached the age of seventeen, Craig had
recorded his first gospel album
which was released through Sullivan Nashville’s Label. Craig is committed to writing
inspiring songs that will
minister grace and be a blessing to everyone that hears them.
GARY C. THOMAS, II:
Minister
Gary C. Thomas, II (Corey) was born January 2, 1972. The oldest of three children, Corey was raised
in a multi-talented
family. He sang in the choir and played several instruments. Although he never took music
lessons, Corey
began playing the guitar, drums, bass, keyboard and organ professionally. It was a God given talent
in a very unique
way. Corey has been blessed with the ability to write heartfelt anointed songs. Now at age 37, Corey is
looking
to release his first solo CD titled “One World” which is highly anticipated to bring deliverance and win souls
for Christ.
With other projects slated for the future,
and the anointing of God, Corey is sure to become a vessel that will
touch many through heartfelt gospel music.
