The
organizational structure is based on a Hybrid Model of Social Entrepreneurship
The mission of which is to
deliver entertainment products and/or services to customers while simultaneously educating, employing and connecting at-risk
youth and underprivileged adults to facilitate their transition into healthy, creative and productive citizens. The
broad goal is to bridge social opportunity into sustainable reality innovatively, effectively and efficiently.
This
initiative utilizes four strategies:
The first strategy is to collaborate with other organizations to teach basic
life skills for functioning in the economic, social, political and spiritual realms of society, the second is to teach infection
and disease prevention and self preservation through maintaining good health, the third is to enhance academic achievement
through technology, tutoring, mentoring, civic engagement and shadowing for employment, and fourth, to teach music theory
and production, reading, writing and business for development of small businesses.
We are shifting the future for
the better by innovating social solutions to solve human development problems whether in poverty, hunger, environment, human
rights, education, political freedom, natural disasters and other important issues.
